Starting January 1st, 2019, we’ll be providing prompts for a practice of daily contemplation. When we think about living life at altitude and what practices are associated with that, obviously Inquiry Method is the primary practice, but there are other practices that we’ll cover in the coming months that support living a life at altitude. We’re inviting you to join us in starting the practice of daily contemplation.
Sign up for Inquiry Method’s Daily Inquiries and every morning you’ll get an email with a question for you to contemplate. It’s meant to prompt your own reflection, your own contemplation, your own inquiry. You can consider the question over the course of the day or you may want to set aside 10 minutes each morning. You can do it before breakfast, during your morning coffee, or on your commute; whatever time works for you. Make it part of your routine, make it part of your own practice, and then if you feel moved to share with a friend or share it as a comment on our social media.
